Public Notice WAITING LISTS of Grace Towers, Heritage Homes Phase III, Kingsley House, Levister Towers, Maple Center, Nyack Point, Peekskill Plaza, , and Wesley Hall (Administered by CVR New York) Will be CLOSING on December 5, 2025 @ 4pm CVR New York, Local Administrator for New York State Homes and Community Renewal, hereby announces the closing of the Project Based Voucher (PBV) waiting lists for Grace Towers, Heritage Homes Phase III, Kingsley House, Levister Towers, Maple Center, Nyack Point, Peekskill Plaza, , and Wesley Hall. Effective December 5, 2025, preliminary applications will no longer be accepted for placement on the PBV waiting list. Should these PBV waiting lists reopen, CVR New York will publish another Public Notice at that time. Applications for any open wait lists are accepted at https://section8.hcr.ny.gov only.
