Public Notice **BOROUGH OF FAIR LAWN** **ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT** **PUBLIC NOTICE** **NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN** that on the **15th day of December, 2025**, at **7:00 p.m.**, a public hearing will be held before the Borough of Fair Lawn Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue, Fair Lawn, New Jersey (to be held **online via Zoom**), on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit: **A proposed new one-family dwelling with lot area of 6,008 sf and lot impervious coverage of 35.82% and an F.A.R. of 46.49%** on premises located at **9 Pomona Avenue** and designated as **Block 4902, Lot 17** on the Borough of Fair Lawn Tax Map. And any other variances and/or waivers that may be required for this application.
