**PUBLIC NOTICE**
**NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN** that on the **15th day of December, 2025**, at **7:00 p.m.**, a public hearing will be held before the Borough of Fair Lawn Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 8-01 Fair Lawn Avenue, Fair Lawn, New Jersey (to be held **online via Zoom**), on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit:
**A proposed new one-family dwelling with lot area of 6,008 sf and lot impervious coverage of 35.82% and an F.A.R. of 46.49%**
on premises located at **9 Pomona Avenue**
and designated as **Block 4902, Lot 17** on the Borough of Fair Lawn Tax Map.
And any other variances and/or waivers that may be required for this application.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing (in person via Zoom or by phone) and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
**PLEASE BE ADVISED** that in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act P.L. 1975 Chapter 231, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Zoning Board of the Borough of Fair Lawn will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on **December 15, 2025** online via "Zoom".
