Be advised, a public hearing on Applications #25-47 will be held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Monroe on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., at the Municipal Building, located at 125 Virginia Avenue, Williamstown, New Jersey, on the first floor in the courtroom.
The object of the hearing will be to consider an application by the undersigned for the following reasons:
The applicant is seeking a minimum lot width variance on 8th Avenue to allow 72.04 feet where 75 feet is required and on 7th Avenue to allow 70.82 feet where 75 feet is required; a minimum lot frontage variance on 8th Avenue to allow 66.36 feet where 75 feet is required; and a minimum lot size variance to allow a lot size of 16,117 sf where 27,500 sf is required (0.25 PDCs have been acquired and redeemed to allow for this reduced lot size and to maintain consistency with the municipal residential density and minimum lot size requirements) to construct a single family home; along with any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.
