Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing is hereby scheduled for the December 16, 2025 Board of Trustees meeting at 7:30pm in the William J. Vescio Community Center, 1 Library Road, Briarcliff Manor, to hear and discuss an application from Accord Power Inc. on behalf of Congregation Sons of Israel located at 1666 Pleasantville Road for an amendment to their Special Use Permit for a Rooftop Solar Installation Project and to renew their expired existing Special Use Permit originally issued in 1991 and amended in 2005. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Trustee's agenda and proposed application are available online at www.briarcliffmanor.gov.
