ORDER OF PUBLICATION November 17, 2025 The object of this suit is to approve the partition and/or sale of a parcel of land located in Chesterfield County, Virginia commonly known as 110 Meadowville Road, Chester, Virginia 23836 Parcel ID No. 814653666800000 (the Property"). It appearing that there may be additional heirs of the Property who are now unknown parties, it is hereby ORDERED that: (1) Those unknown heirs appear before this Court on or before January 9, 2026 at 9:00AM after due publication of this Order of Publication (this "Order") in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Chesterfield County, Virginia and do what it is necessary to protect their interest herein.
