Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York., on January 8, 2026, at 7:00 pm upon the appeal and application of 210 MARBLE AVENUE ASSOCIATES (Owner) of premises located at 200 Marble Avenue, Pleasantville. NY., which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant. The parcel is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 106.10-6-44. The application is for a Special Use Permit, for a Massage Establishment per Town Code §218.63A. Massage Establishments, on a legal parcel (.25 Acres) in the C-NR Zone. At this hearing, all interested persons whether in favor or opposition will have the opportunity to be heard.
