Shepard, Judge, a hearing will be held at Hartford Regional Children's Probate Court, 50 Chapman Place, Suite 109, East Hartford, CT 06108 on January 14, 2026, at 2:15 PM, on a petition for Continued Termination of Parental Rights concerning Adeline R., a minor child born to Catherine Richardson on July 27, 2008. The court's decision will affect your interest, if any, as in the petition on file more fully appears.
