Application received: 02/25/2026. Proposed activity: Project proposes the construction of three (3) multifamily buildings and associated parking, amenities, and infrastructure. Stormwater management system associated with the project will treat for onsite development along with the existing drainage from the adjacent property to the east. Project name: Avid on Parkway. Project size: 7.64 Acres Location: Section 34 Township 35 South, Range 18 East, in Manatee County. Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
