Public Notice Arbor Homes (9225 Harrison Park Court, Indianapolis, IN 46216) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Everwood Section 1 project, located in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located Southwest of the W CR 500 S & US-231 intersection in Lafayette, Indiana, part of the NE & NW Quarter of Section 19, Township 22N, Range 4W. The overall project site outlets to the Wea Creek, which flows into the Wabash River.
