ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Waldwick for variance relief from the provisions of Chapter 97, Section 19-1c of the Waldwick Zoning Ordinance, and whatever other variance relief is deemed necessary, with respect to the premises known as Lot 23 in Block 163 on the current tax map of the Borough of Waldwick, commonly known as 23 Cambria Road, Waldwick, New Jersey.
The applicant proposes to construct a rear sunroom addition and deck at an existing single-family residence.
The requested variances include rear yard setback (required 50 feet, proposed 26 feet), side yard setback (existing nonconformity), and lot coverage (permitted 40%, proposed 43.8%).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Waldwick will hold a public hearing on this application on May 27, 2026 at 8:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached, at the Administration Building of the Borough of Waldwick, 63 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, New Jersey.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of this application is on file at the Administrative Offices of the Borough of Waldwick, 63 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, New Jersey, and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
