Public Notice - Sewage Planning Module Michael Kuzmiak is proposing to connect a newly constructed daycare facility and an existing contractor's garage located at 15 Gravity Road in Palmyra Township, Wayne County (Tax Map 18-0-0002-0106, containing 5.43-acres) to the Hawley Area Authority Municipal gravity sewer system located in North Street. The project is located within the service area of the Hawley Area Authority municipal sewer system and will not require any revisions to the existing treatment plant or permit. This notice is published for compliance with PA Department of Environmental Protection regulations governing sewage planning modules for Sewage Treatment Facilities discharge to a High-Quality Watershed (Lackawaxen River). The sewage planning module is available for public review and comment at the Palmyra Township Municipal Building at 219 Oak Street, Hawley, PA 18428 during regular business hours: telephone 570-226-6566. Comments may be submitted to Palmyra Township, 219 Oak Street, Hawley, PA 18428.
