Public Notice Toms River Township Planning Board TOWNSHIP OF TOMS RIVER PLANNING BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on the 3rd day of December, 2025, at 6 o'clock p.m., a hearing will be held before the Toms River Township Planning Board at the Municipal Building, Toms River Township Municipal Complex, 33 Washington St., Toms River, New Jersey on the application of the undersigned so as to permit a bulk variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance for a minimum landscape buffer, where a 20 foot buffer is required and a seven foot buffer is proposed for Proposed Lot 62.02 as part of a four lot minor subdivision of the premises at 1126 Lakewood Road, Toms River and designated as Lot 62.01 Block 405.08 on the Toms River Township Tax Map, and any other variances or waivers that the Planning Board may deem applicable.
