Public Notice of Construction Activity

Public Notice of Construction Activity Old Town Companies, LLC (525 North End Drive, Suite 100, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirement of the Construction General Stormwater Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Provenance Phase 5 located at the southwest corner of Provenance Boulevard and Harrison Street in West Lafayette, IN 47906. Runoff from the project site will discharge into an underground detention system within the development and outlet into the future Trailway Boulevard storm sewer system.
