The real property which is the subject of this Complaint is described as follows: "LOT 2, BLOCK A, NORTH BROADMOOR PT. 1; PARCEL NO. 517-4", LOCATED IN HINDS COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI Defendants other than you in this action are Hinds County, Mississippi, Lynn Fitch in her capacity as Attorney General for the State of Mississippi, and Jody E.
