REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR EXTERMINATING SERVICES The Edgewater Housing & Redevelopment Authority is seeking proposals for exterminating services for its (2) Senior Citizen Public Housing Buildings at 300 Undercliff Ave, 27 Dempsey Ave. Various buildings at 75, 79, 85 Edgewater Place, 377, 435, 437, 439 Undercliff Ave all in the Borough of Edgewater. Monthly exterminating of approximately 40 apartments (on a as needed basis. A list will be provided to exterminator)Monthly exterminating of all common areas, i.e., laundry rooms, garbage rooms on each floor, maintenance rooms, and office areas in buildings. Service for above shall be for Roach and Rodent Service. Contract to run from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
