REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Minnesota Housing Partnership (MHP) has received notice of the award for Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) funds from the Office of Housing and Urban Development. MHP is soliciting proposals from Native Nations to implement a homeowner rehabilitation program and/or a rental program where the Native Nation owns the land for manufactured housing communities. The location of the Native Nation must be within Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin.

MHP's RFP includes a description of the services to be provided by respondents; the minimum content of the responses; and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses.
Consistent with Section 3 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1968, PRICE regulations governing the grant require that to the greatest extent feasible, opportunities for training and employment arising in connection with this PRICE-assisted project will be extended to local lower-income residents. Further, to the fullest extent possible, business concerns located in or substantially owned by inhabitants of the project area will be utilized. MHP notifies all respondents about any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.B.E.) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin.
