REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SURVEYING SERVICE TOWN OF LIBERTY, SULLIVAN COUNTY NY WATER AND SEWER UPGRADE AND EXPANSION PROJECT Purpose: Delaware Engineering D.P.C., on behalf of the Town of Liberty in Sullivan County, New York, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide topographical and boundary surveying services to support a water and sewer infrastructure upgrade and expansion project. Project Description: The Town of Liberty is planning to upgrade and expand water and sewer services to support a priority development area along the Old Route 17 Corridor. Water System Improvements: Approximately 8,850 lineal feet of new watermain and appurtenances Wastewater: Approximately 12,200 linear feet of new gravity sewer and force main and appurtenances Install two (2) new sanitary pump stations and appurtenances Upgrade or replacement of an existing pump station Anticipated Schedule: Survey RFP Advertised -June 2, 2026 Survey RFP Responses Received - July 3, 2026 RFP Award/Execution - July 2026 Topography/Utility Survey Deliverables - September 15, 2026 Boundary Survey Deliverables - September 30, 2026 The base services for the topographic and utility survey includes approximately 12,550 linear feet of water and sewer main and three (3) pump station sites. Boundary survey of up to 5 parcels is also requested.
