REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) COACHELLA VALLEY MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District is requesting Statement of Qualifications from qualified individuals or firms for Construction Project Manager Services for upcoming capital improvement projects. The selected Project Manager will oversee planning, design, bidding, and construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.
