RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF RAHWAY MEMORIALIZING THE ACTION OF THE BOARD ON THE APPLICATION OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST ORTHODOX CHURCH OF RAHWAY, N.J. FOR MINOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL WITH BULK VARIANCES NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that a public hearing was held by the City of Rahway Planning Board (the "Board") on October 28, 2025 to consider the application of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church of Rahway (the "Applicant") for Minor Site Plan with Bulk Variance approval to allow for the construction of an addition to the church located at 211 West Grand Avenue, Block 223, Lots 6,7,15 and 16. Interested parties were given public notice of the opportunity to be heard on the application. The Applicant complied with all procedural requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law, including service and publication of notice of the public hearing, giving the Board jurisdiction to hear the application. The Board of the City of Rahway on the basis of the evidence presented to it granted the Application with conditions imposed.
