RFQ-2025-441 Request for Qualifications Proposals, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the Oneida County Department of Public Works until 2:00 pm, local time on Thursday, December 4, 2025, for: County of Oneida and Mohawk Valley Community College Campus Master Plan RFQ No. 2025-441 Proposals in response to this RFQ must be submitted electronically in Adobe PDF format. Proposals can be submitted via email to dpwcapital@oneidacountyny.gov or via mail on a USB drive to: Matthew S.
