Reed Street, Roswell, NM. 88203 is seeking proposals from qualified Master Military Housing and Support Developer to identify a partner or partners to develop, construct, manage, operate and maintain properties and programs with the Department of Defense of the United States of America through the IGSA process throughout the United States and its territories. The Procurement Code, 13-1-28 through 13-1-199 NMSA 1978, imposes civil, misdemeanor and felony criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities and kick-backs. The Eastern Regional Housing Authority, through its instrumentality the ERHA Housing Development Corporation, in accordance with Title IV of the U.S Civil Rights Act 1964, notifies all Proposers that it will affirmatively assure that they will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation, and that no person will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.
