The Jewish Community Synagogue (JCS), a registered nonprofit organization in North Palm Beach, FL, is accepting bids starting November 20, 2025, from qualified and licensed vendors for federally funded physical security enhancement projects, with proposals due by December 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Work includes the installation of eight (8) high-definition video surveillance cameras ($40,000), replacement of six (6) windows and two (2) doors with certified impact- and ballistic-resistant materials ($50,000), installation of four (4) fixed exterior security lights to eliminate blind spots and improve nighttime visibility ($32,500), and installation of one (1) main entry door and two (2) reinforced vehicle access gates ($20,000), for a total project budget of $142,500. All equipment and installation must comply with FEMA's Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) standards and the Authorized Equipment List (AEL).
