Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the Township of South Brunswick rendered the following decisions on pending applications:

a.) Application 25-024Z of Frederick & Concetta Carden, owners of property at Block 419 Lot: 18 known as , 37 Chipper Drive for a bulk (C1) variance to retain a previously installed pool 10' from the side yard setback, where 15' is required, and 9' from the rear yard setback where 10' is required, to retain a garden wall 22" from the rear property line on a 10, 935 sq. ft. lot in the R-3 zone was approved
