SECTION 00020 NOTICE INVITING BIDS Lake Havasu City PROJECT NO.: B26-PW-SM313N-500759 PROJECT NAME: FY 2025-2026 CRACK/MASTIC SEAL PROGRAM PRE-BID MEETING: NONE BID DUE DATE: January 14, 2026 BID DUE TIME: 3:00 p.m., ARIZONA TIME PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the hot applied placement of up to 585,000 lbs. of Lake Havasu City supplied Craftco PolyFlex Type 3 Crack Seal material into cracks smaller than 1 ½ inches in asphalt concrete pavement and up to 95,200 lbs. of Lake Havasu City supplied Maxwell Gap Patch 570 material into cracks greater than 1 ½ inches in width in asphalt concrete pavement. Contractor application will be with straight applicator tipped wands, rubber squeegees or other City approved methods and limited to no more than 5 (five) Crack Seal machines. The paved areas include City owned roadways, parking lots and multi-use paths, within Lake Havasu City, AZ. Work is expected to begin early to mid-February 2026. Bids received by the correct time and date will be opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in Room 109 of Lake Havasu City Hall. Late bids will not be considered under any circumstances. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited above. Bidders interested in taking advantage of the streamlined e-Bid and e-Bond process shall submit their bids electronically via the City's DemandStar Network at https://www.demandstar.com/app/buyers/bids/515987/details. Paper bids and paper bid bonds will continue to be accepted. Bidders submitting e-Bids will be required to scan and enclose their paper bid bond/cashier's check with their electronic bid submission.
