SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Jackson Township, Lebanon County for the N. Ramona Road Culvert Replacement Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, July 3, 2026 at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter. All bidding documents and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. The project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and removal of an existing 42" CMP culvert pipe and concrete endwall, the installation of a new 48" SLCPP culvert pipe and associated precast concrete endwalls in place, minor grading as part of culvert installation, placement of riprap and scour protection, restoration of the roadway, and all other associated work as more fully described in the Construction Drawings. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the Jackson Township Municipal Building.
