SECTION 893.77 NOTICE

SECTION 893.77 NOTICE On December 3, 2025, a resolution was offered, adopted and approved by the Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District, Brown, Kewaunee, Oconto and Shawano Counties, Wisconsin (the "Municipality"), whereby the Municipality authorized and directed the sale and issuance of up to $23,491,266 General Obligation Sewerage System Promissory Notes, Series 2025C. The closing on these Notes will be held on December 10, 2025. A copy of all proceedings had to date with respect to the authorization and sale of said Notes is on file and may be examined in the office of the Secretary of the Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District. This Notice is given pursuant to Section 893.77, Wisconsin Statutes, which provides that an action or proceeding to contest the validity of such municipal financing, for other than constitutional reasons, must be commenced within thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this Notice.
