Marie, Michigan before the Hon. James P. Lambros On December 5, 2025 an action was commenced in this Court by Plaintiff to remove a cloud on the title to their property. The property is further described as: Land situated in the City of Sault Ste. Marie, County of Chippewa Michigan more specifically described as Lots 13 through 18, Block 14, A.B. Wilgus Addition, according to the plat recorded in Liber 2 of Plats, Page 9, Chippewa County Records. Parcel No.: 17-051-814-013-00 Upon hearing the ex parte motion of Plaintiff attesting to the fact that the Defendants' whereabouts are unknown, and service of process cannot be effectuated, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-named Defendants shall serve their answers on Mark L. Dobias P.C., Attorney at Law, 546 Ashmun/PO Box 480, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783 or take other such action as may be permitted by law on or about or before February 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Failure to comply with this order will result in a default judgement against the Defendants for the relief sought in the complaint filed in this action and their rights in the above-described real estate will forever be barred.
