ROOYAKKERS (Notice to Creditors) PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 701.0508 notice is hereby given of the following: 1. Florence E. Rooyakkers, with date of birth March 10, 1944 and date of death November 17, 2025, was domiciled in Outagamie County, State of Wisconsin, with a mailing address of 835 Cobblestone Lane Apt. 301, Kimberly, WI 54136. 2. The decedent established a Joint Revocable Trust known as the Thomas F. Rooyakkers and Florence E. Rooyakkers Joint Revocable Trust dated September 17, 2001. 3. The name and address of the Trustee of the trust is identified below. 4. That the Trustee has the duty and power to pay debts on behalf of the decedent. 5. That all creditors of the decedent must file claims in writing to the Trustee of his agent, as shown below, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, but no later than April 13, 2026 otherwise such claims may be barred against the trustee, the trust property, and any recipient of the trust property. 6.
