STATEMENT OF COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS November 17, 2025, 7:15 p.m. CIP Work Session The City Council of Boone, Iowa, met in a work session in the City Hall Council Chambers on November 17, 2025, at 7:15 p.m. with Mayor Stines presiding. The following Council Members were present: Kahookele, Hilsabeck, Williamson, and Angstrom. Absent: Byrd, Henson, and Moorman. Staff presented the status of Fiscal Year 2026 Capital Projects and presented the projects that have been recommended by the Capital Improvement Committee to become active for Fiscal Year 2027 through 2031. The Council also reviewed pending projects through 2031.
