SUMMONS STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA IN THE FAMILY COURT SECOND JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COUNTY OF AIKEN _____________________________ CASE NO. 2025-DR-02-________ JERRY HIBERT BENNETT AND MORGAN EDNA BENNETT, PETITIONERS, VERSUS SUMMONS SIOBHAN ALEXANDRA ANDERSON AND KEVIN JAMES ANDERSON RESPONDENTS. TO THE RESPONDENTS ABOVE-NAMED: YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Complaint in this action, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said Complaint on the subscriber at her office 100 Park Avenue SW, Aiken, South Carolina 29801 within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the date of such service; and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, the Petitioners in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in this Complaint and judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Notice requiring the appointment of Guardian ad Litem to the Respondent: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that you are required to appear and cause the appointment of a Guardian ad Litem within thirty (30) days after service of this notice upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to do so, then and in such event, the Petitioners will cause some suitable and proper person to serve in such capacity for you. YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE THAT: If you are indigent and need the services of an attorney, you may be entitled to legal representation in regards to this matter. You can apply for appointed counsel through the Clerk of Court's office at Aiken County Courthouse, 109 Park Ave. SE, Aiken, SC 29801. You must apply for legal counsel within 30 days after you are served with the Summons for Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption. The Court must be informed of the Respondents address and any changes in address during the adoption proceedings.
