A petition having been duly filed by Christopher R. Cuomo, Westchester County Public Administrator, whose address is located at 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Room 1800, White Plains, New York 10601. YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, at 111Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., White Plains, New York, on FEBRUARY 11, 2026, at 9:30 AM o'clock in the fore late afternoon of that day, why the account of Christopher R. Cuomo, Westchester County Public Administrator, a copy of which has been served herewith, as Administrator of the estate of NADINE LIEBHARDT, should not be judicially settled. [X] Further relief sought (if any): 1. That the legal fees of Karl A. Scully, Esq. in the amount of $28,087.50 for their legal services in this proceeding, nothing of which have been paid, be approved and that Karl A. Scully, Esq. be allowed to request additional legal fees, the total of which not to exceed $507,923.67, said amount representing the maximum professional fee allowed under the guidelines for operations of the office of the public administrators of New York State, upon submission of the appropriate supporting documents; 2. That the fee for accounting services in this proceeding rendered by Grassi & Company in the amount of $16,090.00 be approved and allowed non pro tunc; 3. That the legal fees of Russ F. Jellinek, Esq. in the amount of $2,170.00 for their legal services in this proceeding, nothing of which have been paid, upon submission of the appropriate supporting documents 4. That the Public Administrator of Westchester County, Christopher R. Cuomo, be allowed his commissions in the sum of $203,307.90; 5. The the Public Administrator of Westchester County, Christopher R. Cuomo, be allowed his costs pursuant to SCPA1207 (4) in the amount of $$44,701.97; 6. That a reserve of $100,000.00 be set aside and held by the Public Administrator of Westchester County, Christopher R. Cuomo, for any tax liability; 7. That the Public Administrator of Westchester County, Christopher R. Cuomo, be directed to deposit any funds not cashed by any beneficiary/distributee and/or creditor of the estate with the Westchester County Commissioner of Finance on behalf of said beneficiary/distributee and/or creditor; 8. That the net distributable estate, after payment of all proper outstanding expenses of administration, be paid as follows: on behalf of unknown heirs; 9. That the Public Administrator of Westchester County, Christopher R. Cuomo, and his bond be released and discharged; and 10.
