Sealed proposals shall be submitted in the manner prescribed in the Request for Proposals. Proposals will be received December 18, 2025 at 10:30 am eastern prevailing time through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com, opened and read aloud in a Zoom meeting open to the public on December 18, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. eastern prevailing time. Public proposal openings will be completed online through Zoom. Meeting ID will be posted on www.njcrda.com and https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com.
