Notice is hereby given that on November 19, 2025, Safe Harbor Water Power Corporation, 1 Powerhouse Road, Conestoga, PA 17516, c/o Luke Anderson, (207) 577-5613, Luke.Anderson@brookfieldrenewable.com filed an application (SRBC Pending No. 2025-080) with the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) for project review for the existing Safe Harbor Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. P-1025-091 (Safe Harbor Project). The Safe Harbor Project consists of a 380 MW hydroelectric generating facility on the Susquehanna River located in Conestoga and Manor Townships, Lancaster County, and Chanceford Township, in York County, Pennsylvania. Safe Harbor Water Power Corporation has proposed to continue to utilize up to 110,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) from the Susquehanna River for hydroelectric power generation.
