Sale of Assets

Sale of Assets Notice is hereby given that, at the warehouses formerly occupied by Renchel Tool, LLC ("Renchel Tool"), located at 51 Ridge Road, Putnam, Connecticut 06260, and Carolina Precision Technologies, LLC ("Carolina Precision"), located at 1055 Gateway Drive, Suite A, Mooresville, North Carolina 28115 and 309 Camars Drive, Warminster, Pennsylvania 18974 (the "Premises"), collectively the secured party First Financial Bank ("Lender"), Creative Planning Business Alliance, LLC and Alex G. Smith, as receiver ("Receiver") of Carolina Precision and Renchel Tool intend to sell all of the remaining personal property assets of Carolina Precision and Renchel Tool assets (collectively, the "Sale Assets") under applicable Federal Receivership Law. The Sale Assets include all machinery, equipment, furniture, and miscellaneous warehouse parts. A detailed list of the Sale Assets is available upon request.
