Shade-Central City School District NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of School Directors of Shade-Central City School District, in Somerset County, Pennsylvania (the "School District"), at a meeting duly called and held on April 13, 2026, adopted a resolution (the "Resolution"), incurring nonelectoral debt to be evidenced by the issuance of a series of general obligation bonds (the "Bonds"), in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $3,740,000, for the purpose of constructing improvements to School District facilities, as more fully described in the Resolution. Notice is also given that (1) the Resolution provides for a final net purchase price for the Bonds (including underwriting discount and net original issuance premium or discount) of not less than 95% nor more than 120% of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds to be issued, plus accrued interest, if any; and (2) the interest rate applicable to each of the Bonds shall not exceed a fixed rate of six percent (6.00%) per annum. The final form of the Resolution, as adopted with no amendments, may be examined by any citizen at the office of the office of the Business Manager of the School District at the District Office, located at 203 McGregor Avenue, Cairnbrook, Pennsylvania, on any regular business day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. This Notice is given in accordance with requirements of and in compliance with the Pennsylvania Local Government Unit Debt Act.
