ESPR085480 NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL, OF APPOINTMENT OF CO-EXECUTORS, AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS To: All Persons Interested in the Estate of Leonard C. DePhillips, Deceased, who died on or about November 20, 2025: You are hereby notified that on December 9, 2025, the Last Will and Testament of Leonard C. DePhillips, deceased, bearing date of March 2, 2020, and Codicil to the Last Will and Testament bearing the date of February 16, 2021, were admitted to probate in the above-named court and that Jeanette DePhillips and Len'Ann Frisch were appointed Co-Executors of the Estate. Any action to set aside the Will must be brought in the district court of said county within the later to occur of four (4) months from the date of the second publication of this Notice or one (1) month from the date of mailing of this Notice to all heirs of the Decedent and devisees under the Will whose identities are reasonably ascertainable, or thereafter be forever barred.
