TOWN OF BELVIDERE NOTICE BOND ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. O2025x13 TOWN OF BELVIDERE WARREN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO 7TH AND MANSFIELD STREETS AND AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF $155,000 IN BONDS OR NOTES OF THE TOWN OF BELVIDERE FOR FINANCING PART OF THE APPROPRIATION The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Belvidere Town Council on November 10, 2025 and the 20 day period of limitation within which a suit, action or proceeding questioning the validity of said ordinance can be commenced as provided in the Local Bond Law, has begun to run from the date of the first publication of this statement. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Municipal Clerk's office and on the municipal website, belviderenj.net for members of the general public who request same. The summary and terms of said ordinance follows: Title: Bond ordinance providing an appropriation of $200,000 for improvements to 7th and Mansfield Streets by the Town of Belvidere in the County of Warren, New Jersey and authorizing the issuance of $155,000 bonds or notes of the Town of Belvidere for financing part of the appropriation. Purpose(s): Improvements to 7th and Mansfield Streets including all work or materials necessary therefore or incidental thereto.
