TOWN OF DOUGLAS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Douglas Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing beginning at 7:00pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 in the Douglas Municipal Center Resource Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to hear the following Application: 7:00 PM Pensko Trust Co., LLC, is requesting a Special Permit in a RA Zoned District pursuant to the MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Douglas Zoning Bylaws, Section 9.3 and Section 3.4.3 Nonconforming Structures to construct a single family home on a pre-existing non-conforming lot, on property located at 48 Shady Lane, Assessors Map 148, Parcel 5.
