Notice is hereby given on Sunday, November 23, 2025 that the Town of Forest Planning Commission will meet on Monday, December 8 at 6pm at the Town of Forest Town Hall located at N5739 Co Rd W, Mt. Calvary, WI 53057.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider a rezoning request from Sargento Cheese Inc regarding property located adjacent to N5279 Co Rd G. The property owners are requesting to rezone .134 acres of unzoned county highway Right of Way to Industrial.
The portion of land that would be affected is as follows: adjacent to Parcel number: T10-15-19-36-05-010-00. Legal Description as follows: S25 & S36 T15N R19E Lot 1, CSM 8335-63-49 REC AS DOC 1102874 LOC IN SE 1/4 SW1/4 SEC 25 & NE 1/4 NW 1/4 SEC 36, Town of Forest, Fond du Lac County.
The recommendation from the Town of Forest Planning Commission Board will be conveyed to the Town of Forest Town Board and voted upon at the regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 7pm.
Immediately following, the Town of Forest Planning Commission will meet to consider a rezoning request from Norbert A. Brenner and Peter L. Brenner on behalf of Herman Brenner to rezone approximately 2 acres of land located on Hinn Road at Mueller Lane from Agricultural to Residential.
The portion of land that would be affected is as follows: Parcel number: T10-15-19-07-01-001-00. Legal Description as follows: S7 T15N R19E NE 1/4 NE 1/4 (799423) 40A, Town of Forest, Fond du Lac County.
The recommendation from the Town of Forest Planning Commission Board will be conveyed to the Town of Forest Town Board and voted upon at the regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 7pm.
