TOWN OF HYDE PARK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Hyde Park will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 8th, 2025 at 6:05 pm, at the Hyde Park Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, New York, regarding Local Law L of 2025 entitled "A Local Law Amending the Town Code of the Town of Hyde Park to Update Appendix A111 (Road Specifications)." The proposed Local Law would repeal and replace Appendix A111 with updated road and street construction specifications to reflect current engineering practice and to coordinate with subdivision and site development review. A copy of the proposed Local Law is available for review on the Town of Hyde Park website at www.hydeparkny.us and at the office of the Town Clerk during regular business hours. All persons interested in being heard on this local law shall be given the opportunity to do so at said public hearing.
