TOWN OF ORANGETOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Orangetown, duly adopted at a meeting held on October 14, 2025, a public hearing will be held by the Town Board on December 2, 2025 at 7:05 pm, on a proposed Local Law, amending Chapter 43, § 2.2, establishing the Town Zoning Map, to change the zoning district of the parcels known as 77 E. Central Ave and 80-84 E. Washington Ave in the hamlet of Pearl River (68.16-6-13.1, 13.2 & 13.3) from "RG" and "CS" to "PAC"..
