TOWNSHIP OF NUTLEY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that on the 12tht day of January 2026, at 7:30 P.M., a hearing will be held before the Township of Nutley Zoning Board of Adjustment and Members of the Public to appeal the application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief to install to leave as erect an eight (8') foot in height decorative wall located in the rear yard and a patio installed in the side yard along East Passaic Avenueon the premises located at 380 Mount Vernon Street and designated as Block/Lot: 8002/26 on the Township of Nutley Zoning Map. Any interested person may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney, to object to the granting of an application. Documents and plans regarding the applications can be inspected at the Building Department, 1 Kennedy Drive, Nutley, NJ during regular business hours any day prior to the hearing date.
