Telecommunication Mod

Telecommunication Mod T-Mobile USA, Inc. is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing Building located at 1093 Lexington Street, Waltham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts 02452. The modifications will consist of the collocation of antenna equipment at a centerline height of 30 ft above ground level on the 24-ft tall building (34ft including appurtenances).
