Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Hearing Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that the Cedar Point Association Inc., has proposed 800 square feet of beach nourishment in an AE & V flood zone and within 100-ft of a wetland resource area at 0 Cedar Point Drive, Bourne. Plans can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov or AAmado@bourne-ma.gov.
