Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Hearing Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that James III & Laura Swent Trustees, Island Haven Trust request to amend the Order of Conditions SE7-2339 to install a pile-supported residential pier designed for improved durability and storage. The permanent section will be extended to 24 feet and reinforced to support the seasonal sections when not in use. The design includes two 10" pilings at the end, two 4"x4" mid-span supports, and larger structural members for added strength and stability. The project is within the AE and V flood zones and within 100 feet of a wetland resource area at 52 Baxendale Rd, Bourne.
