Town of Ellettsville Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing Notice The Ellettsville Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on the 11th day of March, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Ellettsville Town Hall located at 1150 W. Guy McCown Drive, Ellettsville to consider a petition by Denise Buckingham, Case Number PC 26-3, for consideration of a variance from development standards to allow an accessory structure within a front yard setback. The subject parcel is located at 7519 W. Anya Court, and is more fully described herein as: Lot Numbered 69 in Prominence Place Subdivision, Phase Three as per plat thereof recorded March 24, 2023 as Instrument No. 2023003001 in the Office of the Recorder of Monroe County, Indiana. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon said request, either verbally or in writing, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place. Written suggestions or objections to provisions of said request may be submitted to the Ellettsville Planning Department prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the hearing.The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary.
