Town of Plattekill Public Hearing- Abolishment of Police Commission PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Plattekill on November 19, 2025, a local law titled "Abolishment of Police Commission" which this local law would abolish the Town of Plattekill Police Commission as established in Chapter 13 of the Town of Plattekill Code and restore the authority to the Town Board pursuant to Town Law S150. A complete copy of the Introductory Local Law is available in the Town Clerks Office NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, the Town Board will hold a public hearing on the Local Law on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 7:00PM. at the Plattekill Town Hall at which time all persons interested therein shall be heard.
