Transportation Bid 26-08 THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE SPECIAL SERVICES SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE COUNTY OF ATLANTIC The Board of Education of the Special Services School District and the Vocational School District of the County of Atlantic solicits sealed bids for Student Transportation for the 2025-2026 School Year. Bids must be sealed and the envelope to bear the following: BID 26-08 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR AC-ACSS3 The necessary bid specifications and forms are available upon request at the business office the Business Administrator, located at 4805 Nawakwa Blvd, Mays Landing, 08330. Phone 609-625-5687. Bids must be received on or before 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 Bid opening process will begin on the above date and time in the Board Conference Room, Atlantic County Special Services School, 4805 Nawakwa Blvd., Mays Landing. No bids shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b).) All bids must be submitted on the bid forms contained in these specifications. Bids which are not submitted on such forms may be rejected. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10: 5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Atlantic County Special Services School District and the Vocational School District Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid. Corporate bidders are required by law (Chapter 33, Laws of 1977) to submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock. A non-collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire /Certification also must be filed with the bid. The bid package also includes other documents that must be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with Instructions to Bidders and to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for rejection of the bid. All bidders shall submit with their bid package a copy of their New Jersey Business Registration Certificate as issued by the Department of Treasury of the State of New Jersey (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The Board further reserves the right to take such alternates as they deem appropriate, and in any order that the Board feels may be in the best interest of the Atlantic County Special Services School District.
