USDA PUBLIC NOTICE DUBLIN INDIANA
The Town of Dublin intends to file an application for a Water Utility Improvements Project with USDA Rural Development. The purpose of this application is to seek financial assistance in the form of a grant and/or low-interest loan for the Dublin Water Utility Improvements Project. The complete application is expected to be filed on or before October 31, 2025. Copies of the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) will be on file at the Dublin Town Hall located at 2250 E. Cumberland St., Dublin, IN 47335 for review between September 20, 2025 to September 30, 2025. Questions and/or comments about Town's funding application can be addressed at a public hearing to be held at the Town Hall on September 30th at 10:00AM. Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. will be on hand to present the final PER and to answer any questions and comments from the public at this meeting. Written comments from the public will be accepted from September 20, 2025 to September 30, 2025 and should be sent to the Clerk Treasurer's office, Attn: Julia McCarty, at 2250 E.
