of the Howell Township Municipal located at 4567 US highway 9 North 2nd floor, Howell New Jersey, 07731, for application number BA25-12 of the undersigned for a side/rear setback variance or other relief so as to permit the applicant to:
legalize recently constructed swimming pool associated paver patio/ masonry walls, installed 1.7ft from the Southern/side propertyline where 10fr is required.Installed 2.1ft from Easterly/rear propertyline where 10ft is required and any other variance design waivers.
